Wait, are you the builder?+
Not directly. Cardinal is a project management and expert-connector firm. We selectively partner with experienced builders and pair you with the best fit for your project, timeline, location, and budget, then manage the whole thing on your behalf.
How big is a typical ADU?+
Most of the ADUs we're building fall in the 680–800 square-foot range, but there's no one-size-fits-all. Every project is customized around your goals, your property, and your vision.
Can you modify a plan I found online?+
Absolutely. We can modify plans you find online, adapt concepts from our design resources, or create something entirely from scratch using our in-house design team.
Where does Cardinal work?+
We serve Wake County, Durham County, and the surrounding Triangle area, with deep local expertise in zoning, permitting, and neighborhoods.
